A Letter to Potential Supporters

Dear Respected Supporter,

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, Songs of Homeland - An International, National and Local Art Perfermance, I am cordially inviting you with your colleagues to support this community event, which will take place at Algonquin Commons Theatre on October 1, 2016, for potentially promoting the business together.

Supported by the Federation of Ottawa Chinese-Canadian Community Organization, this unique art performance, by inviting international, national and local artists together, especially Mr. Shuxiong Yuan, a renowned singer from China, contributes to the community in Ottawa. It is for individuals to gain a greater sense of belonging and have strong connections to the people around them. The program is to strategically align with a variety of Canadian governments’ mandates and priorities. It is also to enrich overseas Chinese linking to China and Canada by enjoying the 67th Anniversary of the National Day with the 46th Anniversary of Canada-China Diplomatic Relations.

To enrich the community life with friendly connections, we are sincerely requesting for your great support to this neighborhood event. There are many ways for you to contribute to our community. For example, you may support us by contributing to the theatre rentals with relevant equipment; specially invited artists and/or artist group locally, nationally and internationally for their travel and accommodations; the event documentation and promotions; a variety of the community volunteers for the preparation to this performance.

As a return with mutual interests, we’d be happy to consider listing you with your business information in our official website and any other promotion materials upon discussion. If interest, you may also consider promoting your business when at the event. Moreover, when possible, you could be invited to speak to the audiences as our special guest. And also we would be pleased to reserve some tickets for your family members, colleagues and friends.

For more information about this event, please visit at www.tnc-online.net/community; and/or www.algonquinsa.com/events/. Should you have question or suggestion, please contact us at info@tnc-online.org and/or tncr.special@gmail.com (Jen). You may also call us at 613 716 6890 (Anvella) when necessary.

We look forward to seeing you in the event on October 1, 2016!
